LS Retail comes with the feature of using Pole display. Pole display is not the same as dual display. Pole display is used to display item information like description, unit price and totals. Typical pole display looks like below.
Let us see how pole display can be configured in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC LS Retail. There are 2 places where the configuration should be provided.
1. POS Terminal Card
2. POS Hardware profile

- Open the POS hardware profile(Should be same hardware profile which is attached to Store or terminal)
2. If the device name are not visible on when clicking on the assist edit button then you try to change the code on the assist trigger.
3. Now run the POS client and you will find the pole display is showing.
Note:- Make sure you install Pole OPOS drivers and install LS Retail toolbox.

ERROR: Open Result Error: (306) OPOS_OR_FAILEDOPEN
The Service Object returned a failures status from its open call.
But software OPOS testing without any error, and advise?
